In addition to our expertise in specialized litigation areas such as product liability, aviation and financial institutions, the firm also represents parties in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.

We have successfully handled a variety of suits including claims of breach of contract and intellectual property disputes. In addition, we have defended banks in lender liability lawsuits. Although our practice focuses on defense, we also represent plaintiffs, particularly in commercial litigation.

• The firm defended a bank on a lender liability/RICO case in which a real estate developer failed to obtain a construction loan for which the bank had given him a conditional loan commitment, resulting in the demise of his real estate project and the repossession of all of his property, including his home. Members of the firm defended the bank to a successful conclusion by getting the plaintiff to admit on cross-examination in front of the jury that he had made an error in his damages calculations and, in fact, sustained no damages and then getting his expert disqualified.
• Successfully represented OEM manufacturer in multimillion dollar component supply and allocation dispute involving supplier and competitor OEMs.
• Obtained multimillion dollar settlement for component supplier for dispute with OEM manufacturer over Long Term Requirements Contract.
