Mr. Yoshida practices civil litigation. His practice emphasizes products liability, insurance coverage and general insurance defense. He also has experience in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Yoshida is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Oregon.
Education
Mr. Yoshida is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He attended the University of Portland, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Mr. Yoshida earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon in 2004, where he was awarded Order of the Coif.
Professional and Community Activities
Mr. Yoshida is a member of the Oregon State Bar and Multnomah County Bar Associations. He is an active member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel (OADC) and Defense Research Institute (DRI). Mr. Yoshida is also a member of the Oregon State Bar Young Lawyers Division, as well as the Young Professionals of Portland (YPOP).
