Practice Emphasis
Mr. Rush exclusively practices civil litigation. His principal areas of practice consist of product liability, aviation, and other tort claims including claims in admiralty.
Education
Mr. Rush is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Oregon, Washington, Alaska and California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the California Maritime Academy, and his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University. Mr. Rush also attended Tulane University under the Maritime Fellowship, and earned his Masters degree (LL.M) in Admiralty.
Professional Activities
Mr. Rush is a member of the Oregon, Washington, Alaska and California (inactive) State Bar Associations. He is a also a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Rush has served as chairman of the Aviation Section of the Oregon State Bar. He also taught Aviation Law at the Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law.
