Education
Mr. Pekin is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Oregon. Mr. Pekin attended Reed College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He earned a Master's Degree in philosophy and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas in 2003. Mr. Pekin taught philosophy courses at the University of Kansas and studied law in Istanbul, Turkey and Strasbourg, France.

Mr. Pekin is a member of both the Oregon State Bar and Multnomah County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Oregon State Bar New Lawyers Division.
